At AVOYAGE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return the received goods within 14 days of receipt. Of course, there are some conditions to ensure a smooth process:

Return Period

We aim for you to be fully satisfied with your purchases. However, if this is not the case, you can return the received goods within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions

The products must be in unused and original condition and complete. The items must be returned with all original labels, tags, accessories in the original packaging.

Return Costs

For returns above €70, we offer free returns. If the return is below €70, we charge €6.95 for shipping costs.

Refund

Upon receipt of the return, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. The shipment will then be processed within 5 working days.
