Set suitcase lock
Step 1:
Open the lock: If the lock is not already open, set the dials to the default combination. The default combination is set to 0-0-0.
Step 2:
Find the reset button: Look for a small reset button next to the lock. This button is typically used to change the combination.
Step 3:
Press and hold the reset button: Use a pen or other pointed object to press and hold the reset button. The reset button is small, so you may need to use a pen or similar tool.
Step 4:
Set a new combination: While holding the reset button, choose a new three-digit combination by rotating the dials to the desired numbers. Make sure you choose a combination that is easy for you to remember.
Step 5:
Release the Reset Button: After setting your new combination, release the reset button. You may hear a click, indicating that the new combination has been saved.
Step 6:
Test the New Combination: Close the lock and rotate the dials. Then enter your new combination to check if the lock opens correctly.
Step 7:
Memorize your new combination or keep it in a safe place.
Step 8:
Use and travel: Your TSA 007 lock is now set with your chosen combination. Use it to secure your luggage while traveling, and TSA agents can open it for inspection if necessary without damaging the lock.
